Well, I woke up and decided to get a quick morning &#8220;wake-up&#8221; workout in. I figured I&#8217;d do some abs. I was gonna watch this video I have, but then I decided to make up my own routine combining the best of the videos I&#8217;ve seen and a little of my own knowledge. Its works really good for me. It is an intermediate to advance level routine so you&#8217;ll have to customize it to your own level. Disclaimer: I am not a professional trainer nor am I a fitness guru. Perform these exercises at your own risk.
