www.hyperwear.com Good Monday Morning! This week I’m going to show you a simple teaching progression to build up to an improved Pistol Squat. The Pistol Squat is one of the most demanding, but rewarding, single leg exercise one can perform. Its purpose is to improve force production, mobility, and muscular coordination in each individual leg. Today’s exercise is the Rolling Pistol Squat, where with the assistance of Hyper Wear’s products, and a little bit of momentum, anyone can improve on the execution of the traditional Pistol Squat. The Hyper Vest PRO works great with the RPS, due to its stretching ability and its lack of bulk. The SandBell offers a small but great counter balance to the eccentric part of the exercise. Take a look and give it a shot! Never Stand Still!!

www.hyperwear.com Good Monday Morning! Hello from Virginia!! I’ve recently finished my move to Norfolk, Virginia and am ready to get back to training and sharing great bits of information to all of you out there in Hyper-World! This week we’re focusing on how SteelBells and SandBells can be a great training aide for Kettlebell training. Now, when performing the Jerk exercise with a Kettlebell, there is a slight counter movement, called “the Bump”, that helps create a much more explosive and efficient Jerk repetition. The Bump creates a more explosive stretch-shortening cycle in the entire body, so that the athlete doesn’t have to rely on taxing the muscles in the shoulder to perform their best Jerk repetition. Take a look at this week’s video to see how I use a 40lb SteelBell to create a more comfortable “Bump” to prepare for my Kettlebell competition. Once again, you will see how Kettlebell training can be greatly assisted by using products from Hyper Wear! Never Stand Still!!!

www.hyperwear.com Good Monday Morning! This week I’m going to show you another great way that Hyper Wear products work great with kettlebell training. I’m back in the “Man Cave” working on my training program from Ken Blackburn and I’m looking for a ballistic way to work on vertical power. Thankfully, I’ve got myself a garage full of Hyper Wear SteelBells!! There are several great things about SteelBells 1) They are available in much heavier sizes than the SandBells; 2) Tthey force me to improve my grip strength; and 3) They’re just as safe as the rest of the Hyper Wear products. So in this case, I can easily and safely transition from a kettlebell lift to a SteelBell ballistic throw. Check out today’s workout to see how! Never Stand Still!

www.hyperwear.com Bill showcases the new Hyper Vest – COOL in an “extreme workout environment” to let you all see first hand just how well it works in keeping you cool in the extreme Texas heat. Bill puts together what he says is “the most kick butt workout series” that he can think of that takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes to complete and will make him sweat as much as possible. Boy, Bill loves his job! Well, Bill took it to the extreme for this week’s video and what follows is a series of chaotic, progressive, sweat your butt off set of exercises that put together almost made Bill pass out. Do not try this without supervision. Watch and see Bill perform the workout WITHOUT the Cool vest, then take a 20 minute recovery break, and then do it again WEARING the Hyper Vest COOL. Bills first time (no vest) was 9 min 8 seconds. So the second time, Bill put the “vest to the test”. See what his time is for Round 2 while actually wearing the Cooling Vest!! Round 2 was completed after a 20 minute recovery with a Cooling Vest on, and then a fresh vest for the actual series. Thanks to Suzi and Scott for their encouragement during this brutal process! This way to Round 2!!
