Bodybuilding: Any advice of what I should do before weight training?

Some people tell me to do at least 15 mins of cardio, but too much cardio breaks down muscle mass. Should i do some cardio before weight training? What should i do?

I’m really underweight and i want to start bodybuilding , so is it better if my weight is normal?

Looking for info on a good "start out" routine. I haven't done this in years. I remember in school it was like every other day. If I work different areas on different days can I still lift every day?

If I add extra weight to my exercises, such as a backpack to pushups/pullups and overload my muscle to reps of like 8-12, can it give me large mass like weights or similar?
