Some people tell me to do at least 15 mins of cardio, but too much cardio breaks down muscle mass. Should i do some cardio before weight training? What should i do?

Looking for info on a good "start out" routine. I haven't done this in years. I remember in school it was like every other day. If I work different areas on different days can I still lift every day?

I am 16, 5' 6" and looking into loosing some weight and building muscle. I currently weigh about 140 lbs and would like to loose several pounds and gain that important muscle mass. Does anyone know of a routine or diet that would help achieve this

If I add extra weight to my exercises, such as a backpack to pushups/pullups and overload my muscle to reps of like 8-12, can it give me large mass like weights or similar?

I already eat healthy and drink plenty of water, I do an ab an arm workout everyday except weekends. If I were to jog at 5 mph for 30 minutes every morning 5 days a week and do hiit 5 days a week as well for 2 and a half ...
