Can someone design a good workout routine for a 15 year old boy to gain muscle?
March 2nd, 2010 | by admin |I am trying to gain muscle, the abs, chest and all that other stuff. I way 173 pounds and around the height of 5ft and 8”. I want to develop a fine tone body that is good for modeling and the girls. I just want a workout that I can follow. I simply can’t make a successful workout routine. Please reply and help.
Workout routines have to change because your body will adapt to anything you throw at it. So to give you a set routine would only do you any good for about 2 months. There are web sites that will give you daily workout routines to follow, like the one below.
Be sure to eat enough, the only way to gain is to eat more than your body burns for energy.

buy starting strength and practical programming, his routine is pretty much the best thing you can go on as a beginner tbh, you can look up rippetoe’s online, but the books actually teach you everything right so that you can maximize your gains and so you won’t get hurt

Have a look at the following site.

This is particularly effective if you have trouble gaining weight as most younger people do. As a youngster your testosterone is not as well developed and your metabolism remains faster so you will not gain weight quickly without an effective program.
