Can someone give me a workout routine at the gym for major weight loss?
March 11th, 2010 | by admin |I am 40-50 pounds overweight, can someone tell me a good routine and in detail workout routine to do a the gym?
Just go there every day and when there, do anything you want so long as you do it every day.

Swimming is the best way I know, just stop when you feel tired.
Keep at it rather than overdo it, even 20 mins is ok so long as you are back the next day and the next.

But just a word of caution, keep your weight loss within 4 pounds per week or your skin will likely become loose and saggy even though your high-intensity exercise tones up your muscle.
