Could someone help me make a diet plan and a workout routine?
June 9th, 2010 | by admin |I’m wanting to construct a diet and a workout routine to help me maintain my weight. I’m at a comfortable weight in which I don’t want to gain any weight and I don’t want to lose any as well. So could someone tell me a good diet and workout that will let me do so?

I have tried every diet under the sun but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I realize they say that pills won’t work, but they sure worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There’s a free trial on right now at http://bisils.dietinstitute.info , give it a try, how worse could it make things?

This is easy and effective and most importantly healthy and long term:
Picture your plate: it should always be 1/2 veggies, 1/4 whole grains and 1/4 lean protien
You veggies choices should exclude potatoes, beets, corn or carrots
Your protein choices should exclude ground beef or any fatty processed meats like sausage or pepperoni
Your grains should always be whole, so make sure your rice is brown, your bread whole whest (not just wheat) and pasta whole wheat, never white.
The height of each portion should not exceed the height of a deck of cards. With the excpetion of veggies. Those are unlimited and can be eaten in between meals cut, or as a salad with very little low fat dressing or a spoon of fat free cottage cheese as dressing.
Also no sweets for a while (until you reach your goal weight then add a small amount). No soda pop, diet or other wise.
That’s it. Add about 10-15 minutes of walking (or marching in place) each day. If you have more energy mix in as many jumping jacks as you’re able. No amount is too little, but do as many as you can.
If you want all this diet in a written form with pictures and some weight excercises go to your local library and check out Jorge Cruise’s “8 minutes in the morning for Real Shapes and Real Sizes”. It’s everyhting I just told you but in more detail and with 8 minutes of exercises that change each day. It’s for people who want to lose 30 pounds or more. It’s healthy and easy to follow.
Good luck.
