How can I ease myself into a workout routine?
March 8th, 2010 | by admin |I haven’t worked out regularly in 3 years and I want to start a workout routine to lose fat and increase muscle. I still want to have curves, but I want to have muscle tone too. I don’t want to start out too strenuously because I don’t want to lose my drive to workout. Any ideas?
what i do is i watch fit tv. if you don’t have it, try buying a video or weights or something like that.
