@smithimani15 Uh since your a women you dont have as much testosterone as a male therefore it is almost impossible for you to have gigantic muscles. since your a women you will get that toned look where as a guy will get more muscle mass. I think that toned look is good but then again i think girls with really low body fat and (6packs) are extremely unattractive :P

@smithimani15 lol you wont become some big muscle bound freak from lifting weights at best u will gain a little definition in ur muscle unless ur taking steriods and body building but trust me you wont be all freakish from lifting a little. what hes saying is true you dont have to completely eliminate cardio tho but i would recommend doing half the cardio and the other half lifting and if not then try palates or some other type of work out. just do some research and find some alternatives

I think this guy is pretty good at what he does but come on, just because you log 35 miles or more each week doesn’t mean you’ll end up lookin like pee wee herman. You CAN look physically fit, even by his standards, while being a distance runner…it’s not the be all end all of weight lifting (e.g. any soccer player). Be a better athlete…now go out and run!

@Gideon359 Go waste thousands at a gym… I don’t care what you do. I still think you’re stupid if that’s what you do.

I wish you’d put the muscle and fat side by side. I’ve always read fat is bigger and bulkier and takes up more room than the same weight of muscle. But I can’t tell with the way you’re waving ‘em around.

    Just a small criticism.

I think your videos are great and I enjoy them very much.
