u have to try for yourself, some people say eating 6times a day high protein meals should work. Well i tried that but too bad it didnt work for me, besides it made me very sleepy since the body needs a lot of energy to digest the food.
I myself am doing the Warrior Diet, suits me more n gives me more energy during the day.

the working out part is only half the battle! If your gonna go and eat two quad stackers at Burger King after your work out, your wasting your time with this excercise! portion control and push the veggies when your hungry. Seems this work out rutine is high rep low weight!

Damn, now I can’t decide between this and P90X, I mean, I know P90X is one of the best workout programs available, and has a lot of credibility, but I’ve never seen anybody who used P90X get fucking Tyler Durden results.

my buddy is doing this routine, he’s been at it for a few months, he said 3 times a week. he does each exercise in 3 sets with about 12-15 reps. then about 20 min of cardio after. If you need to lose the weight, then its not a bad idea for your off days to go do some cardio, plus more cardio can never hurt

i would say once a day – if you wanna get ripped quickly. for cardio i recommand you run a mile or two every other day. you’ll be ripped in no time

i do similar workouts, and i am 5′9″ but only 135 lbs, but i was 150 with a bit of a pot belly, i’m not like rambo, but now i can take my shirt off and get a girl to look, lol.

You need a base to begin. You don’t have to be fat but with some pounds because you won’t get big muscle and good look. And finaly you won’t be able to becaome stronger if you don’t have enought fat because muscle go take protein in the fat to burn it as a booster.
