I need a good upper body workout routine at the gym?

March 10th, 2010 | by admin |

I need a good upper body workout routine at the gym. I don’t want to forget and muscle group.

Personally, I use a shovel, fence stretcher, weed mower, sledge hammer/ax, pitchfork and hay bales. Used at least once a week each, they use ALL the muscle groups in my torso and a whole lot more. And don’t cost me anything – except a new handle now and then.

join a gym and think about what you could be and not what you are, they will make a workout routine that suits you best

Just use the main weight controlled machines there that aim toward that area, and throw in some push ups, pull ups and bench.

I’d be happy to help but could you edit your question to include what you want to gain form your workout. Are you wanting to tone up, build mass or pure strength. Is this part of developing for some sport or do you just want to fill out a shirt? Give me some objectives then I can answer.

What I would recomend for you and anybody else who wants a good body is Power 90 X. I am not sure if you are familiar with this, but it is the most brutal workout routine. It is all done at home so no need to pay a bunch of money for the gym. If you order all the discs(theres about 12 different workouts, with a schedule), the pull up bar and bands(unless you want to go buy weights). I am currently doing this workout routine and I have gone from 176 to 162 so far. I look a lot better now and I am very happy with the results.
