      @knewok start with chins 4-6 reps, pro, mid neutral, close neatral 4 sets then do this mech drop set for chest 4 sets then finish with some rope pulls and external rotation

      @Jerkraald Then ur probably not doing ur exercises correctly…Try flys, its impossible not to hit ur pecks with them..With DB’s or a machine is better IMO.

      Hey Vince. Is dropping the incline like that. more for packing on size and mass, or for keeping toned. I’m a fairly skinny guy starting to put on mass now but i can’t find an effective chest workout.

      It depends on what music you like, I like classic/hard rock. I know 1 gym that plays nothing but the oldskool rock. Whereas other gyms have a mix, or something else.
