    Excellent 30 minute …
    Excellent 30 minute workout! Generally, I work out for an hour and a half during the morning, but I’m looking for total body workouts lasting only between 30-45 minutes.

    I love the ab exercises in this vid. Please post more vids on 30 or 45 minute total body workouts and butt and thigh workwouts.

    By the way, I used a 5lb. ankle weight to do the Romanian deadlift! I felt the burn more in my buns!
