Thanks. yah i wrote on a piece of paper which exercise for which muscle and how many sets. but yah ima start p90x after i plateau on this. i just need to get some mass on me. i drink whey protein but not as much as i should

This has helped me alot. i got me some anabolic leucine stack/ mega mens sport vitamins/ whey protein and i made me an exercise chart with major and minor one day. and do this 4 times a week with right nutrition and u will put on lean muscle mass. im 5′10 and a 155 lbs and at the beggining of the year i weighted 130. but what rico connor is saying does work if u put forth the effort

well ive got many jobs so i dont have time for muscle growth, i did the same simular workouts to u and they suck, you forgot to mention tha we hardgainers with real jobs need roids!
