      @adrillikatithang Situps will help shape abs but your abs will never show if you have bodyfat covering them. Thats where cardio comes to play. Burn the fat and they will slowly start to show.

      woah, people. Just because he had a hard time doing some advanced exercises doesn’t mean he isn’t fit. He could have been exercising before this. You guys shouldn’t just assume he doesn’t know what he is talking about. Look at him, he looks fairly in shape. And what he says makes sense. He is just being blunt, not mean.

      @everyone if anyone’s offended by you saying “I’m gonna be nice today and show you….” …and they take it seriously…their confidence and self-esteem is probably too low to get started with a high intensity workout along with managing a proper diet anyway
