    @Chocolate26697 right!! i hate weight loss programs that show skinny people! i mean i know there probably doing that to show the outcome of it all but damn man forreal,get someone thats ”well fed” to do the video and show that little by little it does work”you know that we the viewers can actually see the weight loss in it all.”

    @Chocolate26697 Even skinny people need to excercise to stay in shape, they are not just skinny, and if they are natually skinny they may still need to excercise to be fit. People can be skinny and unfit

    it may seem that the weight loss programs are all fake but my mom used to be fat and she bought these weight loss videos similar to this one (except it was all girls and the exercises werent as tough) and before she would go to work she did them and would eat healthy and now she is really skinny and its funny cuz she has this one picture of her and her sister and her sister is skinny and she was fat in the picture so it doesnt even look like my mom

    These are pretty basic, well-known exercises, but still it would be nice to see progress from the perspective of someone who isn’t already skinny and cute…The most important thing with any of these weight loss techniques is to realize that true change starts with the person themselves and that most of these “lose weight fast and easy” programs are complete BS! In fact, the only program I’ve ever come across that produced real results was this: bit(dot)ly/lose_the_fat

    To shed your weight all you have to do is at least take a lot of walk around for about 5km daily ..you will be surprise about amount of fat you’ll lose or burn,that’s what I do everyday…But exercise can also help a lot if you don’t mind going to any gym around your environ just to put you through …This techniques am watching is very good if only you’re stronger..

    why don’t you bring a fat women so we see if it works and see if she can do it you’re bringing skinnyh one’s and we don’t belive if they lost weight with this exercise try to bring some one else
