What is a good workout routine for a 16 year old boy who is okay strong?

Im trying to gain muscle and i wanna know what the best workout schedule is and what theb best workouts are for them muscles that are worked. i kinda want a 6 day or 5 day routine and i wanna know what muscles and what are good workouts for these musles.

You need to invest in a good strength training book for beginners. The Dummies series actually has a good one, but there are many others. You need a lot of information, so look for a book that will help you with it.
