What is a great daily workout routine to help me tone my legs?

I have a major case of celulite and i need a workout routine to help me with it.

Please and Thank you!

im not so sure about a daily routine, but anytime you can…walk, jog, and take the stairs they tine your legs really well!

    i think u should do first 15 min. of brisk walking and then later 15 min. of jogging…. rollerblading is also veryy good to do to get lean legs

    Unfortunately, I don’t think you can "tone" cellulite. But simply walking is a great way to tone your muscles in your legs and behind. I started walking 5 days a week back in May and I can see a huge difference already.

    lunges are really good for toning the legs. [lunge for about 45 minutes]

    so is this excersie: bend your left leg, then wrap your right leg around it. then to help you keep balance put your hands together so that you look like your praying. repeat this with the other leg. it’s hard to get your balance at first, but then it becomes easy.

    any type of aerobic exercise like walking, running, or aerobic workouts. Also, nutrition is very important in losing weight. limit down your portion size, eat lean protein, add more fiber into your diet . With aerobic exercise and the right nutrition, you will notice change in your celulite.
