What would be the best workout/eating routine for me?
March 9th, 2010 | by admin |I’m a male who is 6 feet, 165 pounds that is pretty skinny and has a small gut. I want to get toned and just feel better overall(i eat way too much crap now). What would be the best workout routine for me and also, what would be the best to eat and drink for what I want to become…thanks for all your responses everyone!
sigh, it’s called healthy food consumption, and exercise. thats all anyone needs its been said before, but i will repeat it. healthy diet and exercise.
